I was in your shoes about 6 years ago. I started by reading a book and exploring on my own, before I found the right mentor and took classes. Going from "I'm kind of spiritually curious" to "I'm ready to explore an infinite, expansive energetic library in the 8th dimension" is a big jump!

Most people's first question about the Akashic Records is what “Into the Akashic Records” — A Live Workshop & Experience will focus on! In this 90-minute live workshop, I'll walk you through some of the steps I went through to first access the Akashic Records, share which avenues you can explore if you want to work with them independently. Then, I will guide the group to enter the Akashic Records together, followed up by 1-2 mini readings for volunteer participants, and a closing guided meditation and a Q&A.

Think of it less like a lecture, and more like a chance to dip your toes into the Akashic Field and enter a place you may have already been, and see if you'd like to stay a while or explore further.

Hi, I’m Liz Chang

I'm the creator of Athena's Garden TV, an Akashic Records practitioner, and remote energy healer based in Japan. I create content surrounding the intersection of spirituality, science, and creativity while drawing on both Eastern and Western, traditional and contemporary spiritual frameworks.

The Akashic Records changed my life in ways I'm still discovering. Getting to introduce someone to that energy for the very first time is one of my absolute favorite things in my work.

This workshop is essentially the experience I would have wanted for myself looking back, when I was first called to the Akashic Records and didn't know where to begin.

  • Absolutely not. This workshop is specifically designed for people who are curious but have never experienced the Akashic Records before. Complete beginners are warmly welcome!

  • Replay access is included for 30 days. You won't miss a thing! Although attending live means you can ask questions in real time and potentially be selected for a mini-reading. If you were selected and can’t make it live, kindly let me know!

  • During the workshop, I'll open the Akashic Records for 1-2 volunteer participants. If you'd like to be considered, check the box at registration. Selected volunteers will receive a private consent and inquiry form beforehand; no sensitive information is shared publicly during the session.

  • Not at all. The Akashic Records transcend any single tradition or doctrine. Clients from all faiths, backgrounds, and levels of spiritual experience are welcome. The only requirement is an open mind.

  • This workshop introduces the foundational concepts and gives you a direct energetic experience of the Akashic Records.

    It will point you toward the avenues available for developing your own access, but a full training will require multiple sessions and classes and is beyond the scope of this 90-minute session.
