A self-identified visual and audio raconteur, Liz graduated summa cum laude with Distinction in Sociology at Occidental College, CA.

For over fourteen years, Liz worked full-time in the beauty industry as a makeup/hair artist, art director, and artist agent. Along with her upbringing, this work brought her face to face with people from every culture, faith, age and walk of life, from celebrities to clients needing hair and makeup for all occasions big or small. In the chair, people felt at ease and opened up, and Liz learned to hold space without judgment. Combined with her passion about social justice, especially women’s issues and education, Liz and aims to use her unique gifts to help others achieve their goals.

Liz grew up across 3 continents, in 6 different countries, and introduces herself as a #CitizenOfPlanetEarth. Raised in a spiritual but non-denominational household, she developed an early appreciation for different spiritual traditions. This led her to identify the need for non-denominational spiritual spaces, which she creates for her clients, where all sincere seekers with an open heart are welcome.

Liz, her partner Bo, and their cats Skyla & Lucio relocated from LA to Silicon Valley and now are growing their roots in her 7th country, first in Tokyo, and now in Sapporo, Hokkaido Japan along with their growing collection of electronics, art supplies & kitchen gadgets, and cat toys.

Currently a candidate for Masters of Arts in Transpersonal Psychology at Sofia University, Liz aims to continue to grow a practice in helping others live their most balanced and best lives as creative and conscientious people in a rapidly changing and globalized world.

p.s. If you’re counting 8 countries, Paraguay I spent a total of 4 months between two longer visits. Dominican Republic, I was a baby, and spent maybe a total of 6 months, so I count these two countries as 1!
